This page explains how disputes relating to your application/agreement are handled, and the timeline for refund of your registration amount if your application is unsuccessful.
Any dispute regarding the terms of your Application or Agreement – including how those terms are interpreted or applied – is first taken up for resolution through mutual discussion between the parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may approach the adjudicating officer appointed under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act for redressal.
Should the matter proceed further, it falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
